One of the conditions for listing an existig company on NSE is that it's market capitalisation should be greater than 50 crores Rs.. How to calculate market capitalisation for this purpose?

The condition:

The market capitalisation of the applicant’s equity shall not be less than Rs. 50 crores. **

** Explanation 2 The market capitalisation shall be calculated by using a 12 month moving average of the market capitalisation over a period of six months immediately preceding the date of application. For the purpose of calculating the market capitalisation over a 12 month period, the average of the weekly high and low of the closing prices of the shares as quoted on the National Stock Exchange during the last twelve months and if the shares are not traded on the National Stock Exchange such average price on any of the recognised Stock Exchanges where those shares are frequently traded shall be taken into account while determining market capitalisation after making necessary adjustments for Corporate Action such as Rights / Bonus Issue/Split.

Shares in a Private Limited Company

Hi
I have 2% holding in a private limited compnay.
Total shares 31,50,000
Now that company book value per share is Rs.18(Face value of Rs.10)
Due to my health conditions i would like to come out of that company
Management is willing to give to me only Rs.19 per share even though the book value is Rs.30
Artcles also says Purchase value to be "fair value to be determined herein after"
can you please suggest us how to proceed with this isssue
Is there any legal protection for me to get the amount at the rate of Rs.30 per share?
Is there any possibility that Fair value is less than the Book value Generally?

CAPM

Hi,
Was just wondering if cost of equity can be less than risk free rate? If yes, when and how? I can understand that one of the possibilities can be having a negative beta. when can the beta be negative?

Just curious to know..

Radhika
