Can a whole time company secretary (although form filed for appointment but company hasn't reached the threshold of paid up of 10 cr) act as an individual consultant (not having cop) to a government company on retainership basis?

I want to register for CA Intermediates through Direct Entry Student but before appear for exam 9 months CA Articleship need to be completed. Can i do CA Articleship from work. (work from home, remote basis)

Hello I am a young man of 38 years of age & cleared CS professional exams in December 2020. Now I am doing practical training under a PCS firm. Kindly let me know how to establish my career in CS field at this age?
I have 7 years experience in teaching in school also. But willing to establish my career as company secretary.

Due to my health issues i have not appeared for ca final for 3 years. I wish to start afresh and give it a try. Is it a right decision and how to start with because i feel lost. In EDP program of ICSI, speaker says that after qualifying CS exam develop habit of reading .
I want to know what to read & how to read .
Means suppose answer is read Bare Act , so how to read?
As we read for exams from the beginning to end with highlighting key points?
Or what is suggestable material to read & what way to read it o be a competent professional?

I've selected in One of the Firm work Forensic and Is audit and Grc , Block chain tech things in field of Ca.

It's totally advanced level of working rather being Conventional method of work like othe Ca profession.
My doubt is I should go for Conventional or Advanced. If is harm to My Ca profession.

I HEARD THAT CA =CA+PG,I DO NOT HAVE ANY DEGREE(NOT A GRADUATE) , I JUST COMPLETED 12 , IN CAMPUS PLACEMENT WILL THEY CONSIDER ME AS CA+PG OR ONLY A CA

I am a Qualified CA currently working, I can spare 2-3 hours daily, I am ready to work on accounts and finance related aspects on part time and work from home basis. Currently i am having experience in GST compliance and return filling with up to date knowledge of amendments in GST.
Plz suggest me how to get work on assignment basis.

If I clear CA and become a partner in a CA firm, then join in IIM for MBA, is it valid? Does this arise any professional misconduct?
