Dear sir/mam, i am CA final student. It seems that in todays market just CA is not enough! I don't hate studies but also not too much in love with it. I have completed bcom with 2nd div. Interested in audit, tax, corporate laws. Should i take one more course if yes then which m.com or cs?

having completed my c.s inter i took up llb and now i am in final year.came to know that llb+c.s is great but my parents were not happy with me opting llb.i have attempted my c.s finals twice but dint clear any of the subjects.so now my parents say that c.s was enough as they wanted me to earn soon.whether i have to discontinue my c.s and start my career as a lawyer(not interested though) m low on confidence as i have not cleared even in two attempts

I have written my CA-IPCC exams in may 2013. this is my first attempt. I have spoiled this attempt .but, now I have rectified all my earlier mistakes and started my preparation for November attempt.
I would like to join in big4 for articles .so, I have got big doubt... will they take second attempt pass outs?
any marks limit to take second attempt people ?

I hail from Ajmer in Rajasthan. I have given CA final in May 2013 and most probably would clear the same. I have a good academic record including 94% in 12th, AIR-10 in CS Foundation, cleared each level in 1st attempt all groups together.

Training Details ;-
Did 2 years of articleship in small firm in Ajmer & had learn variety of work including Income Tax, Audit, Company Formation & e-filing, VAT.

My dad is a practicing lawyer in Ajmer (not related to Income Tax).

Currently doing last year of Industrial Training in a Corporate Office of a Bank in Credit Risk in Mumbai.

Now I'm in a fix.

Should I start my own practice in Ajmer (may be supplemented with CA coachings for CPT initially) or should I continue in Industry after getting CA degree.

Please if anyone can let me know the prospects of both the options keeping in view good future in mind for long term purpose.
