What should be the actual skill & knowledge is required for doing a CA job?

helo, I am 31 years old .average at study .I got admission in ca ipc in 2009, there after I felt into a bad company .there after due to lack of environment I didn't focus on study. .now I am into deep depression. due to this I became slower than earlier at IQ level..... ...pls suggest me what to do.............. thanks in advance. . depression . because of this I became slower than earlier in IQ.......

I have given my CA final exams in Nov15. I have been selected in an outsourcing company just like genpact. So, should I wait for my result or join the co. As I have been told that if I join in a company it will be difficult for me to study further as work pressure as an employee is high in comparison to an Article assistant..

So kindly clear this dilemma..
