Can I register AD code online on customs website?
If yes how?

Also IS registering of AD code same as getting the AD code entered with customs?

in section 112 of customs act there is penalty on declaring highr value of goods than tge actual my ques is that why a person will declare highr value than its actual value and moreovr dept is imposing penalty on that?? thanku in advace

Non receipt of salary and bonus from ex-employer ( ca firm)

Hello,
How can i file a complain against CA Firm being my ex-employer for non-releasing my salary and bonus cheque for no reason and without any dispute.
What is to be done for the recovery of the same. i have written a mail to the employer for realising the cheque but no rely has yet come after a week also so i have again send the reminder still no reply from them.
Please help me out and guided me to recover my undisputed dues.
