one of our company supply made to SEZ unit on INR consideration.and other hand they got permission for DTA sale. but in DTA sales there no excemption. they are selling full rate of customs duty.

please clarify.

if the sez sales dealing with INR. not consider as NFE.? for that there is no exception for cusotms duty 50%

We have a DTA unit registered under Central Excise and we have a manufacturing unit in SEZ. We would like to transfer certain raw materials from our DTA unit to SEZ unit, I would like to know inter unit transfers between a DTA unit and a SEZ unit is permissible under law.

We have a one IEC code with different service unit & manufacturing unit and having exports from all units. Import of service unit is very low and import of manufacturing unit is very high. Also we are importing capital goods for manufacturing unit. We have with us SFIS license.

Under FTP 2009-14 Para 3.12.7 - Entitlement/goods (imported/procured) shall be non transferable (except within group company and managed hotels) and be subject to actual user condition.

So can we import goods for service unit under SFIS and later transfer it to manufacturing unit.

If it is possible can you define the procedure how to execute the same.

I work for a small pvt co in delhi. we wanted to supply some materials to a customer by using the Bond to Bond warehouse procedure within India. Our director also has a independent co. regd in Singapore. my query is:
1. Can we ask an india distributor to bill the materials on my directors co in singapore in USD from the bonded ware-house and ship them to the customer in India?
2. If yes then what are the documents required for the same?
3. Can the singapore co bill the material to my co in india ?
4. if yes then how do we make the payment against the same from Indian CO to Foreign CO? what are the regulations and documents required?

Have exported 500 kg of goods out of 1500 kg under Advance Licence without any imports made. But would be willing to make an import after geting E.O.D.C.

PLz help with the procedure and required documents to be submitted for the same.
