As our company is in process of setting up of company,8 month old.Employees do not have EPF,but when new employee is joining he is having PFa/c that he can't transfer,what will be the best option,can he/she withdraw,if he/she does, tax has to be paid for it.

I am giving my IPCC attempt in May 2012 only for first group.
I was informed that if i attempt only 1st Group and i score above 60 in Accounts i dont get an exemption because i have to attempt even group 2 accounts to get an exemption.
Is it True? Request reply asap.

sir, I am doing my articleship, i have come across a problem in relation to accounting. I need to ask you that in relation to interest recieved from an electricity board on security deposit( interest for Year 2005-2008, TDS deducted P.Y. 2011-12), which is adjusted against the bill. what will be the accounting for interest? whether it will be reduced from the bill amount, or treated as income of previous years, or if there is any other accounting treatment?

Please urgently let me know the use and the value of the digital signature.

We are three directors (individuals) jointly forming a private limited company. All three of us need to take the digital signature or it is applicale only for one.

Also if one wants to change or say transfer the digital signature, is that possible?
