Please Resolve my Query, Why we fill revenue stamp for Cash Payment Voucher.

Which expenses need to be capitalized? We all know that when a computer is purchased it is a capital expenditure and not a revenue exp. But if we purchase a keyboard or a mouse, should it also be capitalized or can be booked as revenue exp. as it costs very less. What is the basis of treating any expenditure as revenue or capital? Please guide.

For rent paid

TDS payable

Maintainance charges

Salary Payable

TDS deducted on salary

Travelling expenses

Printing and stationery

As our company is in process of setting up of company,8 month old.Employees do not have EPF,but when new employee is joining he is having PFa/c that he can't transfer,what will be the best option,can he/she withdraw,if he/she does, tax has to be paid for it.

I am giving my IPCC attempt in May 2012 only for first group.
I was informed that if i attempt only 1st Group and i score above 60 in Accounts i dont get an exemption because i have to attempt even group 2 accounts to get an exemption.
Is it True? Request reply asap.
