Capital interest

hello sir, my name is Rohit. I am working as assistant accountant in a firm. when I join the firm they gave me a appointment latter with contion that you have to work for 2 years with us and if you resign then you have to pay to month salary. that appointment letter is signed by me . now if I wants to resign they demand 2 month salary. now what can I do???????

Deferred tax

1st year company having loss rs.114,752/-,If deferred tax arises Rs.1901/- in first year & second year Rs.220/-,than which entry pass in tally & how i show deferred tax treatment in balance sheet & profit & loss account . Is deferred tax adjustment affected on computation . please give Ans asap , thanking you.

Deferred revenue expenditure

What is the Treatment for deferred revenuue expenditure when finallisation of Accounts...??
Is it allowed as deduction under Business or Profession at the time of return filling...is full amoount allowed as deduction...???
