Which is the right treatment for life insurance premium

In these which option is good for annual life premium paid for the entry in tally:

1. Lic Premium a/c dr. (capital a/c head)
By cash/bank

2. Lic Premium a/c dr. (Indirect exp head)
By cash/bank

3. Lic Premium a/c dr. (investment head)
By cash/bank

Along these can any other entry can we made or any adjustment need for it?

sir, may I know what is the eligibility criteria to commence a LLB? What all subjects are there in LLB curriculum and how much time does it take to complete the course in first attempt? is there any internships in LLB like in CA? if yes then what is the duration of internship? what all qualities a LLB should possess in order to be a good competent person in this field of LLB??? awaiting for your quick response....

Service tax on restaurant

Sir. I am running restaurant bearing anual turnover 40,00,000. This restaurant is partly AC in 900 sq feet. Yarly turnover of AC hall is 12,00,000 & counter for AC hall is separate. do i liable for service tax?
