My company final accounts not closed this year, last date for file is September, But not filed. Then can we file now or we have to file/close next year? My company is Pvt Ltd company.

Which date out of following should be the proper date for accounting of Import Purchase?

1. Supplier's Invoice date
2. Date of Custom Clerance
3. Date of Goods received in our godwon

If i have paid insurance premium for company office premises for the periosd ofrm 24 march 2013 to 23 march 2014 of INR 29500 plus srvice tax @ 12.36% of INR 3346. On 31 march 2013 how should i book my insurnac epremium exp for the year ending on 31 march 2013?

Should i account entire service tax paid as expense in for the year or i should proportionately expense off cenvat credit also in accounting?

i.e 29500*8/365=647 or 647+3646(CENVAT Credit)=4293 in books as on 31 march 2013?

i submited my articalship registration form in sep. with all requirement..but now the institute send me a letter in which it demand to send fresh 112 form again...and they said that your collage/office timing is not mentioned in form no.112 but i have all copy which i sent earlier in which i fullfill the timing...so i want to know that what can i do..and due to non regestration of artical till oct. my ca final exam postpond or not.....??????
