we have incurred an expenses for air tickets & hotels booked for Company's Guest & consultants (Not Employee).
Now question is that, in which head we have to book this exp ?

In case of IT depreciation being more than Accounting depreciation, the deferred tax liability would arise. Should be shown in Balance Sheet of the same year in which it arises? Besides as far as its accounting treatment is concerned it would be shown in next year books. While calculating advance tax for this year, whether it should be taken into account for adjustment or not?
In preparation of consolidated cash flow statement:
a) whether individual cash flow statement of subsidiaries and Parent to be taken and consolidated.
OR
b) Cash flow statement to be prepared from consolidated Balance sheet.
If a company got incorporated on 03-12-2008 and it has prepared its accounts for financial period from 3-12-2008 to 30-09-2009 and subsequent to that there will be one more accounts which will be for the period 1-10-2009 to 31st March, 2009 to follow the Income Act, 1961. Thereafter, the company accounts will be prepared from 1st April to March.
Can you please commend on this.
