How should I cross check the USD Foreign Exchange rate quoted by bank after considering their margin is favourable to us or not?

The reason behind this query is that sometimes bank takes margin beyond the reasonable limit which we couldn't trace out at the time of negotiating the rate.

Plz. consider the following situation and suggest me your opinion
on 20.02.11 a Company paid Euro 500 to its foreign supplier. As on 31.03.11 amt. has not been adjusted as material has not been imported.
Doubt is that whether such advance shall be restated at closing rate or not?

Dear Sir,

We have purchased Crates/Bins from our Delhi supplier. but in those 500 crate we have received 22 nos. rejected (Crack).

Supplier has agreed for collection those bins on not returnable basis.

I want to resend those bins to supplier....but i have confused. Can i raised Dr. Note OR Sales Invoice ?

Please suggest me.....

How to Calculate the above sum ?

1 kg. of a product K requires two chemical A & B.the following are the details of product K for the month of june.
1)standard mix of chemical A 50% & CHEMICAL B 50%,
2)Standard price per kg. of chemical A is12& Chemical B is 15.
3)actual input of chemical B is 70 kg.
4)actual price per kg. of A is15.
5)standard normal loss 10 % of total output.
6)material cost variance total 650 adverse.
7)material yield variance total 135 adverse.
8)actual output 90 kg.
find material price variance (total),material mix variance (total),material usage variance(total),actual input of A & actual price per kg. of B.

A company shows loss from last few years. now co has constructed building and plan for starting work. during year co has incurred interest exp on term loan and also incurred exp such as filing fees, audit fees, bank charges etc. my question is whether we show 1.interest during construction period as pr operative exp. or not. and also the other exp to be treated as loss

2. to treat all exp as pre operative

co is showing all exp as loss during last few years.

please let me know how to trace the diffirence, in Trial balance debtors & Ageing Debtors in SAP.
