Break in articleship help

Dear All,
My articleship had started from 2nd April 2007 and technically it has completed on 2nd Sept 2010. But in the mean while i had a Break on 16th November 2009 till 23rd Nov 2010.
I have resumed my Articleship from 23rd Nov 2010, but i didn't submitted any Form for Break in articleship.
Currently my articleship would complete on 8th Sept 2011 (as calculated), but just because I din't submitted any of the forms that was required , my articleship period will extend if i will submit it as on current date.
One of my friend has suggested me to show that my articleship was completed on 2nd Sept 2010 and not to show any Break during the articleship and to fill up the articleship completion form.
Ab Problem Ye hai ke 2nd sept 2010 ko complete hua almost 1 saal ho chuka hai.
WHAT SHALL I DO ? PLEASE SUGGEST.
