Dear sir
Actually i want to know the procedure for claiming the bouns cheque recovery.
I receive a cheque of Rs 30000 post date ch.
When i represent the ch. in bank the bank account shows insufficient balance and penalty of rs 200 is discharged.
Actually this is salary ch. which i got in advance for 15 days,after 15 days i represnt this.
What is the procedure for recovery.

get in touch with your employer 1st, as its between employer and employee, you have to think twice before going for legal help.
if u want to proceed for legal help, then visit any lawyer of your city court, where he will issue notice for payment to drawee, and after notice period he will file court case for bounce of cheque against the drawee.
