Hello Experts,
After being in the Industry for 4 years, I have taken a decision about 6 months back to move to Practice and Consulting. I would like you all to advise me on the books which are good for reference as far as Company's Law and Taxation is concerned.

For Company Law, refer 'Ramaiyaa's corporate law books, and for Income Tax, you can refer the book written by Dr. Girish Ahuja Ji. Act and Rules are necessary to be with you always other then these books.

For Income tax A.N AIYAR'S INCOME TAX LAWS published by company law institute of india pvt ltd,website.www.cliofindia.com,is a good reference book.
