You may go for the following options regarding books for CA PCC/IPCC:
Accounts- Shukla & Agrawal
Auditing- VK Agarwal OR Padhuka
Law- Munish Bhandari OR M.P. Vijaykumar
Ethics & Communication- M.P. Vijaykumar OR Padhuka
Costing- S.N. Maheshwari & Padhuka
F.M.- Saxena & Vashist & Padhuka
Taxation- T.N.Manoharan/ Dr.Vinod Singhania/Girish Ahuja
Information Technology- Padhuka
Strategic Management- Padhuka or Dinesh Madan
Also refer Scanners and Suggested Answer issued by ICAI for previous year exams and revised them properly.

In my opinion, you should not follow Padhuka for Law. If your attempt is in November 09 then DO NOT change the book at this stage. And if your attempt is later on then switch over to Munish Bhandari or GK Kapoor. Munish Bhandari is preferable.

Agree with Tarun. If u r using paduka for law then switch to munish bhandari. paduka is good book for Audit.

The question is simply asked as "I am using paduka. Is it ok?"
Whether doing IPCC or Final or CPT not mentioned.
Generally for Law, Munish Bhandari for corporate law is best and N.D.Kapoor/G.K. Kapoor for Mercantile/Commercial Laws is good.
