In our IPCC may 2014 exams a question is asked from previous syllabus ... can we are eligible for bonus marks

There is no rule of bonus marks,grace marks which many students are asking daily....

Sumit there is no such rule. If it was out of syllabus then there was options also. Y should't u opt that n opt one which was out os syllabus. Whole of the paper was not out of course.
