20 July 2011 Please suggest me the best way to write practical question from this chapter. As it carries only 5-6 marks i cannot give much time on remembering all the court cases....is it ok not to write court cases when answering practical problems?

23 July 2011 The best way to cover this chapter is to read all the suggested answers of ICAI of atleast last ten years and go through them in detail.

Case laws are not necessary to be quoted in answers of CA Exams.
