BOD meeting by video conference and quorum

21 May 2011 whether in BOD meeting director attending meeting by video conferencing will be counted for quorum
(my ques. is as per latest circular issued by MCA with this respect)

22 May 2011 Yes Directors participation in meeting through use of video conferencing shall be counted for the purpose of quorum.
