RESOLUTION TO FILL UP CASUAL VACANCY
“RESOLVED THAT pursuant to section 262 of the companies Act, 1956 and article no. ____ of Article of Association of the Company Mr. A be and is hereby appointed as a Director of the company to fill up the casual vacancy caused by the resignation of Mr. B.
RESOLVED FURTHER THAT any Director or Company Secretary of the company be and is hereby authorized to file the prescribed form with the Registrar of Companies.”
