Please send me the format for Board Resolution for accepting the KYC(Know Your Customer)policy as prescribed under our circular DNBS(PD) CC 48 dated February,21, 2005

I think, their is no need to Board Resolution for such matter. KYC is the matter of Authorised Bank who provide you.

This Certificate will be filled by AD to RBI with Form-FC-GPR, in case of allotment of securities.
