05 August 2014 Section 92 says - An extract of the annual return in such form as may be prescribed shall form part of the Board’s report. Is a format prescribed for this extract?

05 August 2014 Yes Prescribed in Chapter VII - The Companies (Management and Administration) Rules, 2014. Form is MGT-7.

Thanks for your reply.

1) On page 103 of the document you have mentioned talks about increase in paid up capital. Why increase in capital due to RIGHTS ISSUE is not covered under this point?

2) Is MGT- 7 a new requirement which was not under 1956 Act?
