Can a director of Private Co. by obtaining Leave of absence form the Board abstains himself form attending all the Board Meetings conducted in a Financial year.

As per the provisions of Section 167 of Companies Act, 2013, every Director shall attend at least one Board Meeting from all the Board Meetings held during a period of twelve months.
