03 July 2010 Can any body please tell me wheather there is any limitation for holding maximum no. of board meeting in year.

03 July 2010 As per Section 285 of Companies Act,1956 there must be atleast four board meetings in a year. But there is no such restrictions for maximum number of board meetings as long as in every board meeting you meet the qoram requirement.
