Pvt ltd company having below 40% government equity participation ,managing director along with other government nominee directors is calling board meeting as per section 285 of the companies act eventhough other remaining director repeatedly insisting managing director to call a board meeting,Total strength of board is 8, managing director and two government nominee holding 51% of equity capital of the company

Then what is the problem. If the Board feel then can call many board meeting as per requirement of the company.
