in pvt ltd constrction company party was given bill for granite purchase on 23.03.2011 and same day bill was submitted to site but site fellows misplaced and 21st of april they found and given to me vat return of march already filed this is the situation what can i do

22 April 2011 you can entered in april and if statutory form required then apply in march for form c

23 April 2011 but sales tax people says 2010 bill entered only same year whether i can entered april how can i show vat return
