We know that if Profit goes below 8 % than liable for Audit but Form 3 Cd and Form 3 CB Also to be given or not

Tax Audit Report is given either in 3CD or in 3CB. 3CD applicable for Assessee whose accounts are liable to audit under any other law. (Ex- For Company- Tax Audit Report applicable is 3CD)
