18 June 2009 1.Where the belated return ITR-V will be filed eg.For A.Y 2008-09 ITR-V will be mailed to I.T Dept.Karnataka or to local jurisdictional I.T office? 2 Is it possible to e-file return of Hariyana form kolkata?

18 June 2009 I you are filing E-return then you will have to mail your return to Banglore office. If you are filing E-return with digital signature then you need not have to file ITR-V with IT office. If you are filing manual return then it should be filed with the IT office of local jurisdiction.
Yes, you can e-file your return of Hariyana from kolkata.

18 June 2009 For the assessment year 2008-09 ITR V should be filed before your jurisdictional ITO and need not mail to Bangalore.
