I just have query that Income tax Return for FY 2015-16 that is AY 2016-17 can be filed after 31.3.2017

Yes, It can be filed. within one year form the end of relevant assessment year.
New provisions are applicable from AY 2017 - 18 onwards

Belted return For Ay2017-18 can be filed till 31.03.2018 , From AY 2018-19 you can file the return maximum end of the year i.e.31 St March 2019
