24 March 2017 I just have query that Income tax Return for FY 2015-16 that is AY 2016-17 can be filed after 31.3.2017

24 March 2017 Yes, It can be filed. within one year form the end of relevant assessment year.

New provisions are applicable from AY 2017 - 18 onwards
