namaste sir, I am a b.com(gen), graduate,and I qualified CA- ipcc group 1 ,I completed 3years of articleship now I want to become a income tax practitioner, with my qualification is it possible, if yes tell me the procedure to do

Yes, you can practice as Income Tax practitioner.if you want professional name than you should have to register with profession name Any of following ST, PT, than apply Current account.

without getting income tax practitioners certificate ,will I submit no.of income tax returns to I.t department
