Pl inform, how can we determine the basic salary?
What is the percentage of DA, HRA & PF?

31 October 2009 The concept of basic salary DA etc was developed by taking a leaf out of govt salaries It enables management to leverage different items at the time of fixing salaries There are no laid down parameters,certain bodies such FICCI Assocham announce PI periodically (price index) for fixing DA rates in their member institutions This is optional.Out of this concept the PF, allowances etc has been developed to suit the different requirements of the end users, not yours defenitly.
