one of my assessee Provide technical service and he registerd in feb 2013 is he avilable foe basic exeption ?
Plz provide all conditoin to take benifit of basic excemption Rs 10 lakh ?

Only the service provider based on brand names or using other names and service under RCM not eligible for basic exemption.others can be claimed
