16 July 2010 is it neccessary to write pariculars & amount each time when we prepare accounts in exams(in both accounts & cost)..& is it so that we cant use pencil even for drawing lines of accounts format

16 July 2010 FOr better presentation , it is necessary to make proper ledger format for accounting i.e Particular, amount , DR and cr , you have mentioned.

16 July 2010 If time persist and you are smart enough to catch the attention of examiner you should always try to finish up with a prudent format.

I know it is difficult during the exam pressures but practice makes a man perfect.
