24 November 2014 when should i hold 1st board meeting for year 2013-2014 as per new companies act 2013. i have to file MBP1 form.please tell me the date

24 November 2014 As per New Company Law, gap between two board meetings can’t exceed 120 Days. If last board meeting of company was held on 31st March 2014 then next board meeting can be held upto 28th July, 2014 (April 30 days + May 31 Days + June 30 days +July 29 days = 120 Days).
