WHETHER THE LOAN PROCESSING FEES COLLECTED BY THE BANK AT TIME OF SANTION OF LOAN IS LIABLE FOR SERVICE TAX UNDER THE SERVICE OF BANKING AND OTHER FINACIAL SERVICE.
