is it cash to bank od ... exp to cash or exp to bank od

i am trying to ask if we can get cash as od or we can only get a bank od which is non-cash

Cash/Creditor A/c Dr
To Bank O/d A/c

When cash is deposited in O/d Account, entry:

Bank O/d A/c Dr
To Cash A/c
