can you please send me all the documents format to be submitted to bank (MONTHLY OR QUATERLY OR YEARLY),if a company avail both term loan and CC A/C. ITS VERY URGENT...

Normally for Term Loan you need not submit any documents on monthly , qtly or
half yearly basis except proof of reneual of
Insurance Policy.
In case of Cash credit normally monthly stock statement is to be submitted.
