04 September 2013 In case of housing Loan how can we check the sanction amount of loan by assesses annual income? or If assesses is not a tax payer can bank give to him housing loan?

04 September 2013 Incase salaried person. you can check the form 16 or salary pay slip with bank statements

Incase non salary - need to check the p&l and balance sheet

04 September 2013 sir i mean bank can pass loan only up to specified limit on base of his income .how they exactly determine this.

04 September 2013 basically home loan will be sanctioned for the percentage of house value or borrower monthly income multiplied by number of months which specified by the bank home loan policy. so check this 2 details with bank loan policy
