BANK HAS LEND RS20 LAC ADVANCE TO A PERSON WHO LATER BECAME INSOLVENT AND IT IS EXPECTED THAT ONLY RS10 LAC IS RECOVERABLE.what should be the provision amount Rs10 lac or RS 20 LAC?

At present position, you need to provide only for Rs.10 lakhs for provisions since you are expecting the balance Rs.10 Lakhs recoverable
