In case assessee is not having bank account then can she file itr by quoting bank of his husband in return in case of urgency or she need to open her account first and then have to file return.

No, Assessee has to quote his or her bank details for filing Tax return. So Assassee first open account same can be mentioned in tax return.

Because, if Assessee has any refund from IT department then he/she will not get it as name mentioned while crediting in the account of assessee will be differ.

You cannot quote the account number which is not in your own name or joint name.
