Which Conditin balances W/off or W/back,plase define prosiger

if bal. in not recoverable or not payable to party
normally we take three year time period if party not demanded the amount then amount will write off.

if suppose there is outstanding credit balance showing in creditor ledger and if management feels it is not required to be paid then it can be written off
