This discussion addresses the correct dating of a Limited Liability Partnership's (LLP) balance sheet and tax audit report when filing is delayed past the due date due to non-payment of taxes. The user needs to determine the appropriate dates for both documents to generate a UDIN (Unique Document Identification Number) for the audit report, considering ROC compliance deadlines. The consensus leans towards using a March date for both the balance sheet and the tax audit report to align with UDIN requirements and the filing period.

If a LLP is under Tax audit, what will be the date of balance sheet and audit report, if audit is closed & returns are filed at a date after the due date due to non payment of taxes. The query is raised as UDIN needs to be generated for audit report. Return will be filed in march 2020 for AY 2019-2020, so what will be the balance sheet date & audit report date as ROC compliance also needs to be considered

Thank you sir. But I have Query regarding Balance sheet date of LLP. For UDIN Tax Audit date we have to keep March month's date. Just need to know whether for Balance sheet should we put March month's date or Sept/Oct month date taking into consideration ROC Compliances ie shall we put Balance sheet date & Tax Audit date of March in both?
