22 September 2014 Dear sir,

My business turnover is 1400000 for Fy 2013-14. I dont want to get tax audit . but due to submission of balance sheet in bank for loan bank wants that documents Should be certify by a CA. Can any CA can certify It without audit.

22 September 2014 its not a choice...tax audit is compulsory.....however, no doubt that some CA may agree to certify it..

22 September 2014 In my case tax audit is not mandat.because my turnover is only 1400000. and 8% of its income is below the tax liability. Am i right ? Ca can cetify it without audit ?

22 September 2014 i am sorry I read turnover as 1.4 cr!!

in such a scenario, a CA can certify the statements without the audit.

22 September 2014 Tax audit is not required in your case. But the auditor has to scrutiny your records and other documents for certification of financial statements.
