When prepare Balance Sheet,P&L of small trader, retailer & businessman who's turnover below 20lakh which ratio should maintain. or logic applied

It depends on business and turnover, less turn over assassee wants to take benifit of minimum tax slab and savings which falls below minimum tax slab.
It also depends on product and nature of dealers, wholesalers margin will be less declare minimum percent, retailers disclose little bit higher than wholesalers.

Current ratio 2:1, debt equity ratio 1:1, quick asset ratio 1:1, GP %Should be constant or increasing with turnover, NP %should be increase with turn over, refer ratio @ click of button in my shared files.
