someone kindly tell me whether balance sheet prepared under schedule vi is required to be file in income tax department along with the retun. if not when it should be filed.

13 May 2014 IT Dept. do not Demand any attachment with the return. Well, if Tax audit is applicable to ur company then it may demand the financial statements(B/s & PL with Notes on accounts).

But in other case the Dept. only demands it at the time of any information required by them from u.
