WHAT SHOULD BE THE BAD DEBTS PERCENTAGE TO SALES. IF THE BAD DEBTS ARE MORE HOW TO ACCOUNTIFY IN P & L ACCOUNT

On having excess bad debts charge from P&L such excess amt.
In case bad debts will be less than declared, credit in P&L as bad debt revovered.
