I have to rectify the ITR of Ay 13-14 but both the utilities [ Excel Utility + Java Utility ] don't generate xml file ? What to do ?
1) Java Utility is also failed.
2) Excel Utility is also failed.
Am I right sir ?

Check the error message may be some software problem.

you have to update your software then try again.
