12 August 2010 If GTA & Rent a Cab service at abatement rate,business support service cargo handling services,Storage & warehousing is provided by service provider, can CENVAT CREDIT BE CLAIMED on common input services such as Rent, medical insurance, audit fees, telephone courier

12 August 2010 In Rent a cab it has been specifically stated that CENVAT CREDIT should not be availed (Notification no 1/2006 ST dated 1/3/2006). in line with the above can
CENVAT credit be availed on common input services
