Can a Tax Consultant who is commerce graduate and complite articleship traning for CA attend hearing before ITO on behalf of assesee as a athorized Representative ?

Yes. He/she can attend hearing as Authorized Representative of the assessee.

But a ITO say that you r not a lawyer,ca or assesee. so you should have a power of Atorny instead of Authority letter. Otherwise I cann't intertain your statement. can he do so ?
