Dear Friends
For creating a Pvt Ltd Company with " International" what should be the Authorised Capital.
Previuosly it was Rs.50.00 lacs.
Please Clarify

If you are using the word "International" being the first word of the name- Authorized capital should be Rs. 1 Crore
If the word "International" is used within the name (with or without brackets)- Authorized capital should be Rs. 50 Lakhs
If the word "International" is used within the name (with or without brackets)- Authorized capital should be Rs. 50 Lakhs

Dear Experts,
These rules has been eliminated as now company is free to have any Authorised Share Capital irrespective of any Name.

Please check out General Circular No. 45/2011 dated: 08/07/2011 & 48/2011 dated: 22/07/2011.
The Name Availability Guidelines, 2011 and revised e-form 1A has been implemented with effect from 24th July, 2011.

Actual matter...
15March, 2011--Name Name Availability Rules 2011 are placed.
Applicable guidelines are given vide circular no 45/2011 dated: 08/07/2011.
These guidelines supersede all previous circulars and instructions issued by MCA regarding name availabillity, thereby, inter alia, doing away with the higher minimum authorised share capital criteria for use of certain key words in the corporate names i.e. “Corporation”, “International”, “InterContinental”, "Global", “Asia”, “India”, "Hindustan", “Industries”, “Enterprises”, “Business”, “Manufacturing” etc.;
45/2011 came to effect vide circular 48/2011 dated: 22/07/2011.
Therefore, only 45/2011 needs to be considered. As far as my reply on your earlier post concerned stands correct.
